Who we are

This site is run by Everlasting Pixel, a web design and development studio on Long Island, New York. You can reach us at hello@everlastingpixel.com.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, firm, current website if you give one, and the details of your project.

Standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider, such as your IP address and browser type, which exist for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. We never sell or rent it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Our hosting provider, Vercel, serves this site. Our email provider, Google Workspace, delivers your message to us. Each handles your information only to deliver the site and your message.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts are served from our own domain, so your browser makes no requests to font services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within two years. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.

If this page changes, we will update it and its date.
